Make exercise more fun. Try listening to music or watching TV while you exercise. Also, mix things up a little bit - if you stick with just one type of exercise, you might get bored. Try doing a combination of activities.
You should eat at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables every day, include 2 portions of oily fish are high in omega-3 fats, try to cut down on your saturated fat intake and limit the amount of sugary food and drinks.
